Is the IB program worth it?
AP is way better way more knowledge more enhancing skills where as IB is just too much irrelevant analysis you don’t need, taking a load of AP classes and an AP program will be really benefiting. IB is not worth it. So in all IB is actually harder than in AP, as some of my students have also admitted.
How do I check my IB scores?
Results are released on the candidate website within 48 hours (the release time is set by the school). To view the actual time results will be released, a candidate can do the following: Refer to the Individual PIN report provided by the school’s DP/CP coordinator. Select the Results tab on the candidate website.
How many times can you retake IB exams?
A: Candidates can resit a subject up to three times, in three different exam seasons. If you took your exams in May originally, this gives you November of the same year, and May & November of the following year to sit the exams.
How do I request a remark from IB?
Most importantly, in order to request a remark please contact your IB coordinator only they can directly request a remark to the IB. Ideally before one requests their (Category 1) re-mark, one should ask their coordinator for their component breakdown.
How much does it cost to remark IB exam?
This is the re-marking of externally assessed material for an individual candidate. The cost is $123USD per candidate per subject (although if a grade is changed as a result, then the fee is returned).
How do I find my IB personal code?
If a candidate lost their personal/candidate code and/or personal identification number (PIN), how do they retrieve this information? If a candidate has lost their candidate/personal code and/or PIN, he/she should contact the school’s DP coordinator. For data privacy reasons, the IB cannot provide this information.
